Pointe Bootcamp

The Ishangi Institute Nouvelle Orléans Conservatoire de la Danse presents two weeks of

intensive pointe training for ages 13 and up. Students will learn the following:

April 31st $125

May 31st $100

*Early Bird discount. Participants registering after May 31, 2016 pay $475 (includes a $25 non- refundable registration fee).

When: June 6 - 17, 2016

9:30AM - 12:30PM

Monday through Friday

Where: Tulane University, 302 McWilliams Hall

Who: Ballet dancers currently on Pointe desiring to strengthen their Pointe technique

Cost: $425* (includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee)

Dancers will gain:

• Understanding of foot anatomy

• Understanding of proper Conditioning for the feet, legs and core stability

• Improved balance Sur Le Pointe

• Greater knowledge for caring for their feet and

All dancers must currently be on Pointe to register.

• Increased ability with daily Pointe work, Supported Adagio and Repertoire
