SOUTHERN VOICES: DANCE OUT LOUD is an annual International Dance Festival held in New Orleans, Louisiana. D'PROJECT extends this professional opportunity to local, national and international participants after reviewing entry applications. This is not a competition, but an invitation to stage new contemporary choreographies in a festival line-up that showcases more than 100 performers.
