Experience dance from the ground-up!
Organic Contemporary is a dance approach that incorporates movements and rhythms from South Louisiana and other parts of the world. It focuses on the communication between dance and music and how they motivate and inspire the other. Experience movement from the inside-out! This class incorporates mindfulness and guided meditation as a way to dance from a more visceral place. Organic Contemporary class involves guided meditation, yoga, breathe work, full body conditioning, short combinations, across the floor and repertoire.
