Shannon Stewart Master Class - Dance Fellowship

In conjunction with the premier of her new work, Shannon Stewart will offer a special all-levels dance fellowship class on Friday September 30. DF explores nonstop guided improvisation using imagery, endurance, specificity and gives you a chance to tune into your body and your community. The class dynamically builds in intensity and invites you to push beyond your limitations, to be curious, playful, rigorous and find satisfaction in working hard, dancing powerfully, and connecting with others. All bodies, genders, abilities, backgrounds welcome.
