In a series of immersive improvisational experiments, dancers are encouraged to build road maps to self discovery. The class draws from the techniques of William Forsythe, Gaga, contact improvisation, and other contemporary movement systems. A typical class focuses on kinesthetic awareness, strength-building, coordination, stretching, and some acting techniques. Class is taken barefoot in comfortable clothing to a diverse playlist that encourages rhythm, flow, and fun! ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
