Description/Mission: This is foundational movement work, dealing with slow mindful moving, dynamic play, muscle activation, creative practice. It's serious mind-body integration training with a playful attitude! My knowledge comes from theater + dance training, somatics and meditation, a wide array of movement practice, study in cognitive science and more.
